The Goldn Company offers free shipping on orders over $500. To protect your jewelry, your Goldn Co. orders always come with fully insured shipping and require signature upon delivery for orders over $500. The Goldn Company cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on undeliverable packages and all returns. 

Once proof of delivery is obtained, The Goldn Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If an item is in stock, it will ship immediately. 

Made to order items, please allow 4-6 weeks and potentially up to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the item. 

• We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
• Exchanges must be unworn and undamaged.
• Items must be returned in original GC packing, including boxes and pouches.
• To protect our products, a Return Label will be issued via email to ensure proper insurance.
• We are not responsible for shipping charges and return/exchange shipping charges.
• Upon receiving a returned item, items will be inspected before accepted.
• Gift Card Purchases are FINAL SALE
• Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).

REPAIR POLICY 

• Our repair policy covers quality issues that arise from manufacturer defects only.

• Normal wear and tear is not covered within our repair policy. Normal wear and tear include the following but are not limited to stretched and bent chains, scratches, dents, misshapen bands or broken stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered under our repair policy.

• We cannot accept any item for repair that was altered by another jeweler.
