- We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
- Exchanges must be unworn and undamaged.
- Items must be returned in original GC packing, including boxes and pouches.
- To protect our products, a Return Label will be issued via email to ensure proper insurance.
- We are not responsible for shipping charges and return/exchange shipping charges.
- Upon receiving a returned item, items will be inspected before accepted.
- Gift Card Purchases are FINAL SALE
- Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).
- The Goldn Company has the right to refuse return or exchange for any item that does not meet the above requirements.

REPAIR POLICY
- Our repair policy covers quality issues that arise from manufacturer defects only.
- Normal wear and tear is not covered within our repair policy. Normal wear and tear include the following but are not limited to stretched and bent chains, scratches, dents, misshapen bands or broken stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered under our repair policy.
- We cannot accept any item for repair that was altered by another jeweler.
